- I seem to have forgot my password?

Please use "Forgot your password? link below login fields to reset your password.
- I am sure I entered a password with my last order to create a user account but I see this error message "Your account is not verified please check mail to verify" when I try to log in.

You have not clicked the activation link in the user account activation email, or maybe did not receive that email. Please check again also in the spam folder of your email account. Or just send us an email to request user account activation and we will activate it for you.
- I am sure I have a user account but forgot which email address I used in the past?

Please send an email with your first and last name and we will reply which email address you used with your last order.
- Do I need to be a member to place an order on your website?

No, you can place an order as a Guest. After placing an order you have the option to enter a password and a user account will be created automatically. Again, this is optional, because you can keep ordering as a Guest.
- I thought I had a user account with you but I see this error message "Sorry! this email id is not registered." when trying to log in.

This means you do not have a user account at all. Possibly your email is a member of our mailing list, but this is not the same as a user account. If you wish you can create a user account automatically during your next order.
